I realized that my savory recipes are almost all related to ' MTChallenge , fortunately this challenge that allows me to distract me a bit' from sweets and avoid raising the blood sugar level of the blog too:-D

ingredients: 300 g broccoli

Shape into balls and roll in bread crumbs, Bake in oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

buffalo for the mousse:

a small buffalo mozzarella (125 g),
3 or 4 tablespoons of fresh cream,
1 or 2 anchovy fillets (depending on your taste).
Blend all ingredients in mixer until soft and creamy, season with salt (if needed, but the anchovies are quite salty for my taste).

Serve the meatballs hot mousse and accompanied by a few drops of oil from the anchovies.
